Abstract
In the digital environment, information is becoming a primary driver of development and a key feature of modern society, which determines the relevance of this topic. The purpose of this article is to analyze the key factors contributing to the reduction of the impact of destructive and harmful information on children and adolescents in the digital communications space. By analyzing the digital communications environment of minors, a vector for their development is identified aimed at minimizing the risks of exposure to destructive and harmful information. The results of the study encompass an examination of legal norms and measures to protect minors from the impact of destructive factors in the digital environment, as well as identifying the specific information rights of minors and the main dangers of information networks for children. It is concluded that there is a necessity to create a comprehensive education system for teenagers and their parents in order to prevent crimes in the digital environment.
