On Interaction between the State and Civil Society in the Field of Ensuring Public Safety

Abstract

The relevance of the presented study consists in considering the features of interaction between the Russian state and civil society in the sphere of ensuring such a strategic national priority as public security. Interaction between the state and society in this area is a multifaceted mechanism that includes legal, advisory, voluntary, informational, control and technological elements. The purpose of the work is due to the special attention of society to the problems of ensuring national security, the development of techniques and methods of interaction between the state and public institutions in the context of further development of public relations. Research methods and materials include the study of scientific literature, regulatory legal documents and national strategies in the relevant area. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the study of various forms of interaction between the state and society in the process of optimizing issues under consideration. In conclusion, it is stated that the interaction between the state and society in ensuring national security is a complex mechanism, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the balance between these two entities.
