BIG DATA КАК ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПО РАЗВИТИЮ СЕТЕВОГО ОБЩЕСТВА

Abstract

In the context of the development of a digital or network society, the study, application, and improvement of Big Data technologies are topical tasks for public administration bodies. The purpose of the article is to identify the specific impact of Big Data on the development of network society as a public administration technology. The research methodology is based on general scientific and highly specialized methods necessary for examining Big Data from the perspective of public administration, particularly the classification method and statistical methods. The results of the study reveal the impact of Big Data technologies on the adoption of managerial decisions in the field of regulating socio-political relations, using the example of the Russian portal Gosuslugi and the new domestic messenger MAX. In conclusion, the study emphasizes that Big Data provides enormous analytical capabilities to government institutions, from analyzing electoral behavior to identifying risks of online fraud and other information threats.
