Abstract
Issues of political communication, channels and vectors of its implementation, aimed at the formation of a high level of democratic culture of both individual citizens and society as a whole are studied. The factors of formation of positive electoral culture under the influence of the development of the constitutional-legal basis of the electoral process are revealed.
