Abstract
Problematic aspects related to the work of customers and (or) commissions for the procurement of goods, works, services for the state needs of institutions and bodies of the penal and correctional system, which carry out procurement by competitive methods within the framework of the current legislation, are considered. The creation of a model provision on commissions for procurement of goods, works, services for public needs of institutions and bodies of the penal and correctional system is proposed.
