Issues of historical memory policy formation are studied on the example of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and the Baltic republics. Activities of state and nonstate institutions in the post-Soviet space, intended to construct historical memory with the help of political mythology, posttruth and resentiment are analyzed.
