Abstract
Problems of the state family policy implementation in the Russian Federation, both on the part of the legislator and the scientific community, are considered. The key normative sources in the sphere of support for families with children are analyzed for their compliance with the Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 2, 2021 No. 400, dated November 9, 2022 No. 809. The author’s position regarding further prospects for the realization of state family policy is presented.
