Abstract
The peculiarity of the documents defining the policy in the sphere of of Russian citizens’ healthy lifestyle formation is considered. The conclusion is made about the lack of elaboration of the issue of planned targets and measures taken, which results in their insufficient effectiveness. The necessity of a clearer understanding of the final result of the policy is substantiated.
