Abstract
The doctrinal and applied problems of representation of individuals in constitutional proceedings are analyzed. It is indicated that there is no possibility of obtaining qualified legal assistance (representative services) by certain categories of citizens on a gratuitous basis due to the material factor. Recommendations are given on the resolution of individual problems of representation of individuals in constitutional proceedings.
