Abstract
Analysis of the institutional design of anti-corruption policy in Russia is drawn. The powers and functions of specialized services, norms of legislation, as well as peculiarities of their application are considered. It is revealed that the regional policy in the sphere of combating corruption to a large extent affects similar activities at the municipal level.
