FORMATION OF THE EASTERN DIRECTION OF TURKEY’S FOREIGN POLICY AT THE END OF THE 20th CENTURY IN THE CONTEXT OF GEOPOLITICAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of establishing and developing relations between Turkey and the Turkic countries after the collapse of the USSR. The main prerequisites for strengthening contacts are identified, as are problem points that hinder the development of cooperation between countries.
