Abstract
Forms of interaction of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation within the framework of a unified system of public authority of a sovereign state are studied. The legal norms of compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, resolution of disputes on competence between the Federation Council and the State Duma, preliminary and subsequent constitutional control are considered.
