Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the Telegram platform to understand public opinion, monitor government-citizen interactions, and identify emerging trends in news consumption and digital behavior in Uzbekistan in the context of relations with Russia, China, and the United States. Through data-driven methods such as content analysis, Telegram can offer deep insights into the dynamics of public engagement, particularly in a country where traditional media is often state-controlled. The study focuses on the importance of the platform in shaping public opinion about other countries in Uzbekistan. It emphasizes the need for its systematic and in-depth study in socio-political research, which will help to identify its impact on public consciousness and political attitudes. The use of Telegram big data helps researchers and policy makers to gain valuable insights into the rapidly changing digital landscape of Uzbekistan.
