Abstract
The norm of Article 75.1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation is analyzed, according to which respect for the person of labor is guaranteed in the Russian Federation. From the position of various scientific approaches the content of the category “respect for a person of labor” is considered, since the legal certainty of the norm of the current legislation is one of the necessary conditions for the stability and predictability of constitutional relations, the appropriate level of mutual trust of the state and society.
