Abstract
The interaction between the state and companies in Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina is studied. The characteristics of the participation of entrepreneurs in politics in the three countries are analyzed. It is concluded that, in the interaction between the state and companies, entrepreneurs use formal and informal mechanisms of political participation to be able to become part of the political-economic elite of these three countries.
