Abstract
The legislative reforms of 2020-2022 related to the transformation of the ideological policy of the Russian state are considered. Stating the relevance and ideological content of legal novels related to the consistent introduction of traditional spiritual and moral values into the legal field, the author focuses on some problematic issues related to their future implementation.
