Abstract

The modern ethno-cultural situation at the regional level in Russia is analyzed. The use of the deprivation approach to analyzing the effectiveness of implementation of the regional national and cultural policy is grounded. Particular attention is paid to the integration of ethnic migrant communities in social, economic and political environment of small towns.
