Abstract

The peculiarities of legal regulation of issues of service in the drug control bodies are studied. The Regulation of law enforcement service in the bodies for control over narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances trafficking in parts of consistency with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation is analyzed.
