THE POLITICAL SUBJECT POTENTIAL OF EMPLOYERS’ ASSOCIATIONS WITHIN THE RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF TRIPARTISM

Abstract

The contradictory role of employers’ associations within the Russian system of tripartism and in the context of the overall interaction between government and business is studied. The particular purposes of the incorporation of the federal business associations in the social partnership interaction are shown. The need to revise the position of the state in the tripartite system considering the interests of employers’ associations is denoted.
