Abstract

The execution of court decisions taken beyond the border of the Russian Federation and temporary restrictions on debtors ’ traveling abroad in the executive proceedings is studied. It is proposed to solve the problems arising in the execution of court decisions on the territory of foreign states and in restrictions on debtors’ traveling abroad at the legislative level.
