Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the modern Black Sea region, which includes states that are members of various political and military associations, is characterized by high dynamism and tension, as well as a constant increase in conflict potential. The aim of the work is to analyze changes in the state of conflict potential of the Black Sea region in the context of the turbulence of the modern world order. The systems approach used in the study allows to consider the Black Sea region as an interaction of interconnected actors. Historical and genetic analysis allows to trace the evolution of conflict potential of the Black Sea region. The scientific novelty of the work consists in considering the state of conflict potential in the Black Sea region through the prism of the theory of the regional security complex (RSC). In conclusion, a number of measures are proposed to reduce the level of conflict potential in the Black Sea region through comprehensive cooperation mechanisms with the participation of all parties involved and taking into account their national interests.
