Abstract
Problems and prospects of the modern social policy subject organization in the Russian Federation are investigated. The ideological and conceptual foundations of the socio-economic relations management subjects functioning are considered. The necessity of restructuring the institutional organization of social policy in modern Russia on the basis of adjusting government strategies is summarized.
