Abstract
The constitutional and legal regulation of scientific creativity freedom in the Republic of Belarus is considered. It is noted that in recent years due to the active development of scientific-technical and innovative activity the role of science in modern society has increased greatly. The conclusions are drawn that guarantees of realization of scientific creativity freedom require clearly ordered legal regulation, corresponding to the norms of the Basic Law.
