The features of the normative legal regulation of anti-corruption policy in Germany are studied: from international and federal legislation to normative legal acts of lands and district administrations. An analysis of the organizational structure of the anti-corruption policy of district administrations, anti-corruption instructions, in which a special role belongs to anti-corruption preventive measures is drawn.
