Economic aspects, social-humanitarian and institutional-formal practices of diaspora policy of foreign countries, which allow Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt and Poland to get more financial profit from migrants and compatriots living abroad, are considered. Practical recommendations for improving Russia’s diaspora policy are proposed.
