Historical Forms of Russian Codification Technique (By the Example of the Code of Laws of the Russian Empire)

Abstract

Gaps in the study of Russian codification technique are considered. It is determined that the analysis of historical forms of the Russian codification technique confirms the existence of a stable connection between the rule-making activity of the state and the need for codification and gives answers to the actual questions of codifiers of the XXI century.
