Abstract
Issues of systematizing sources of law affecting peculiarities of legal regulation of light industry are considered. Special attention is paid to the aspects of ensuring the relationship between the state and business in the context of developing this manufacturing industry as a whole. The authorial assessment of efficiency of the existing legal institutions and agencies use in matters of the light industry development social regulation is given.
