Abstract
Sino-Russian humanitarian cooperation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is considered. The interaction between the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Russian Federation (RF) on the SCO platform is analyzed in terms of education and science, culture and tourism, healthcare and physical education. Particular attention is paid to the characterization of the media and youth policy development.
