The legal, organizational and methodological issues related to the use of polygraph in the activities of law enforcement agencies are considered. The modern domestic and foreign practice of polygraph application in criminal proceedings is analyzed. The normative-legal, organizational, methodological and psychophysiological problems arising from the use of polygraph are discussed.
