Abstract
Issues of the economic consequences of the collapse of the Soviet Union, as well as current trends aimed at reintegrating the economies of the post-Soviet countries are considered. A legal analysis of the constitutions of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in terms of the transfer of sovereign rights and certain state powers to supranational associations is given. Constitutional and legal aspects of integration within the EAEU are analyzed.
