Abstract

The author presents the political analysis of issues and prospects of Russian territorial administration in terms of the scenario approach. Particular attention is paid to the correlation between factors and mechanisms of the federal and regional levels. Key elements of the active and passive scenarios for the situation development in the studied field are defined.
